When Will My Order Ship?

Your WildCultureCo gear is made especially for you and will be shipped within 7 days. Once your parcel has entered the wild world of USPS, delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days.

When the Batch Goes Wrong

Most batches turn out beautifully. Occasionally, something gets a little too funky.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us and we’ll sort it out. Your ferments should be funky, not your order!

What to Do

Get in touch within 30 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number
  • A quick description of what went wrong
  • A photo of the item, when applicable

Items should be unused and in the condition they arrived in, aside from the damage or defect you’re contacting us about.
